Does a skin changer give you tradable items?

A local visual change does not establish ownership. Check the listing for what changes on your screen and what everyone else sees.

I enjoy trying cosmetic combinations in a preview. I would still want a supported-effects list.

If I expected tradable items, I would be disappointed. That difference should be obvious before checkout.
