Dota 2 Match Replay Analysis: What's the Best Way to Improve?
Staff-created draftI've started watching my own replays instead of instantly queueing another match after losing.
Honestly, it's embarrassing how many mistakes become obvious when you're watching without actually playing.
Missing rotations, bad positioning, wasting abilities, all that stuff.
Does anyone have a proper method for reviewing replays without spending an entire evening watching one game?

Illustrative experiencesFocus on your deaths first. Usually there's something you could have done differently before the actual fight started.
I watch important team fights and the first 10 minutes. That's enough to find a lot of mistakes.
A useful approach is to review one specific area per match. Try focusing on map awareness in one replay and positioning in the next.
This. Don't try fixing 20 things at once or you'll remember none of them. ---
